Free Sewing Patterns

I have been looking at my saved files and I noticed all the free sewing patterns I have stored in pdf format .I like to sew as well as several other types of crafts .Well to tell the truth, I do about anything crafty that strikes my interest and there is not much out there that does not interest me!! So I decided that I could do a blog and direct some of you that may be looking for the perfect FREE sewing pattern to the places I like to browse for patterns. The holidays are coming up and I tend to stay to the old fashion gift giving ,meaning I make gifts .And it has gotten harder now that almost all of my nieces are grown(my father's fault for wanting a girl so much, 2 brothers and myself gave him 6 granddaughters no grandson ). I think in today's age of buy buy buy we lose the meaning of gifts. Most gifts are either returned for the money ,exchanged for something else of put in a closet and forgotten or hidden to be found some time later.. So with no further blather from me on to the free sewing gifts patterns that hopefully will be treasures for their time and effort as well as the thought of each person they are made for.

Below you will find a link to the sites home page and a few images of the patterns you can find there.

Use Microsoft One Note as a Blog TOOL

I serf a lot and get so many blog ideas that if I was to try to write them all down I would be covered in paper. Now I do love to scribble things on paper and still have so many books and sketch books around me that my chair looks like an unorganized office! Still I like to have images saved and found it hard to have to relook up things and rethink the reason I liked it in the first place. So I use Microsoft One Note. I absolutely love it! I make new books with the tittles so I know what to put where! This software comes with your Microsoft office  software (at least with mine, a non commercial version) and it has so much to offer me that I keep it open at all times. Not only can you copy and paste but it will send the page to one note for you. My favorite thing about it is that it copies the URL for you so when you are blogging you never have to relocate the information you are using and proper credit can be given with the ease of copy and paste. Below are some of the books I use to help me when I am blogging or crafting. Give it a try and see how simple it is to use and you might find that you love it as much as I do!
